Sheik Yusuf Estes is our guest on today’s show,Sheik Yusuf is an American convert to Islam and former National Muslim Chaplain for the United States Bureau of Prisons and Delegate to the United Nations World Peace Conference for Religious Leaders. He was brought up in Houston in a Protestant Christian family; members of the Disciples of Christ. From 1962 to 1990, his career was in the music industry, entertainment, marketing, as a music instructor and music minister and owned several musical instrument companies including the Estes Piano and Organ Company. He produced and directed live entertainment programs throughout the United States from the mid 1960’s until his last endeavor for cable TV in Florida, entitled ‘Estes Music Jamboree In 1991, Estes had business dealings with a Muslim named Mohamed from Egypt. In trying to preach Christianity to Mohamed, Skip Estes learned about the religion of Islam first-hand and then converted to Islam He has since pursued Arabic language and Qur’anic studies in Egypt, Morocco and Turkey Since 2004, Yusuf Estes has been regularly appearing on Islam Channel in the UK, as well as Peace TV and on Huda TV which are 24/7 Islamic channels broadcasting in many countries around the globe, via satellite and the website WatchIslam.com TV Channels. His latest efforts are directed toward English speaking Muslim youth and include Muslims sharing videos …

The five-years-old speaks in five languages – English, French, Italian, Swahili and Arabic – even though he is completely uneducated. At one year old he was able to recite the Quran and went on to be able to preach in Arabic, Swahili and French without any learning. The boy’s first words – “You people repent and you will be accepted by God” were in Arabic. He was also reported to be Hafiz Al Quran (memorised whole Quran) at the age of one and a half years and was also praying 5 times a day at that age. This boy was born into a christian family and they later became muslim… If you look through the film he starts speaking in english also.

A beautiful song by the Annie Moses Band, a band comprised of eight talented members of a Christian family named the Wolavers. Lead singer Annie has an exquisite voice and plays a mean violin. Her mother, who sings backup here, wrote the song. The song reminds me of my own mother, who loved dogwoods.

This is just a portion of a future documentary. It’s the testimony of Joseph “Jojo” Rivera’s recovery from a deadly car accident. This Christian family, by faith in Christ, walked through this tragedy. After much prayer… his pelvis, which was only one of many injuries he sustained, was broken in 3 places but miraculously healed twice as fast. He also returned to skateboarding 2 weeks prior to his hospital release. To this day he continues to work on his skill and dreams of becoming a pro skater. The accident also broke the orbit around his right eye leaving him blind in his right eye, but by faith…His vision will return 100%, AMEN! He’s also the youngest son of West Coast Beatbox artist “click tha supah latin” now under the name “click88″. Jojo is also featured on the 3rd verse of Click’s latest single and video “Contact” which was recorded before the accident. Watch, praise God, and continue to pray for him and his family!
